All Candles Are Not Created Equal

At The Good Llama Co., we believe a good candle should do more than smell wonderful. It should be thoughtfully made, beautifully simple, and inspired by nature.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% American-grown soy wax, cotton wicks, and carefully selected fragrance oils and essential oils. Each candle is housed in recycled Spanish glass from San Miguel, Spain, chosen for its character, simplicity, and ability to be reused long after the candle has burned.

We take our time with every candle, paying attention to the little details that make each one special. And because they're made by hand, no two are exactly alike.

Fragrances Inspired by Nature

Our fragrances are inspired by the familiar scents of the natural world, from fresh evergreens and blooming gardens to salty ocean air and warm, comforting woods.

We use carefully selected essential oils and phthalate-free fragrance oils to create scents that are inviting without being overwhelming. Some of our candles are paired with crystals, adding another thoughtful element for those who appreciate their beauty and symbolism.

Creating Our Own Fragrances

We're particular about fragrance, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Each scent is carefully selected, blended when inspiration strikes, and tested before becoming part of our collection. We favor fragrances that feel authentic and familiar, like the earthy sweetness of a tomato fresh from the garden or the unmistakable scent of pine trees on a crisp winter morning.

Our collection is always evolving with the seasons, new discoveries, and the occasional irresistible fragrance we simply have to share.

We don't believe in offering every scent imaginable. We'd rather offer a thoughtfully chosen collection of candles we're genuinely excited about.
