Candles will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Current processing time before shipping is 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. 

Once you receive a shipping notification allow 24 hours for your tracking number to start working- it needs to get picked up and scanned in at a UPS location.  If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, here are our suggested next steps:

Verify the shipping address is correct. Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).Bring the tracking to your local UPS office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on the nature of the order it may take up to 2 weeks. Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate

Due to high volume during the holiday season, local deliveries are no longer unavailable until further notice.
